Air Freight

Pen Express has advantages over many other air freight forwarding competitors as our headquarters office and warehouse are located inside the busiest cargo terminal in Penang. Our vast experience in the air cargo industry along with our strategically located infrastructure can assure you the best service of speed and reliability. We can handle all import and export of goods, using reputable air fleets through our airline partners that cover almost all over the world.

Sea Freight

We work closely with a huge network of shipping carriers to provide our customers with cost-effective ocean freight from/to almost any origin/destination in the world. Depending on cargo sizes and needs, shipping space offered is 20’ DC or 40’ DC/HC Full Container Load (FCL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL).

Land Freight

Even though road and railway transportation take longer time than air or sea freight, they are still a competitive mode of goods transportation in terms of costing. Furthermore, when one ships by air or ocean, road transportation is most likely still to be part of its consideration as the goods need to be moved from door to door. For such collection and delivery solution, Pen Express also offers trucking service with customs approved bonded fleet. As for railway transportation, we are able to arrange for you such shipment across Thailand-Peninsular Malaysia-Singapore through KTM Kargo.

Warehousing

As Pen Express warehouse is located at Free Commercial Zone, inside the International Airport of Penang, we are able to provide a bonded warehousing service where import, exports and transit operations are made easier. The warehouse comes complete with a high stress flooring, covered loading docks, storage racks, as well as burglary (video camera) and fire security systems.
